  • Each letter is custom-created based on the information provided by the user
  • This is a digital service/product, not a physical item and not a donation

2. No Refund Policy (Primary Rule)

Due to the customized and digital nature of the service:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds or cancellations will be provided once:
    • The order is placed, or
    • The personalization process has begun, or
    • The final PDF has been delivered

This policy exists because:

  • The content is created specifically for each individual
  • It cannot be resold, reused, or returned
  • Digital products cannot be “taken back” once delivered

3. Cancellation (Before Work Begins)

  • Cancellation may be considered only if the request is made immediately after payment
  • Once the creation process has started, cancellation will not be accepted

4. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, you may request a review.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.


7. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your PDF due to a technical issue:

  • You may contact us within 7 days of purchase
  • We will re-send the file after verification
