This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled for voluntary contributions, digital content, and any support transactions made through this website.

1. Voluntary Support Payments (Non-Refundable)

All contributions made through:

  • UPI
  • Razorpay / Pay Links
  • PayPal
  • BuyMeACoffee
  • Crypto (Trust Wallet)
  • Any other support platform

are considered voluntary support payments for my creative and philosophical content.

These payments are not refundable under any circumstances.

Why?

  • No physical product is being delivered.
  • No service is being contracted.
  • These are voluntary acts of appreciation for the work already published or ongoing.
  • Refunds are not possible on most third-party support platforms.

2. Digital Files or Downloads (If Applicable)

If I offer digital files such as:

  • PDFs
  • eBooks
  • Philosophy notes
  • Wallpapers
  • Research summaries

then all digital sales are final.

Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, no refund or cancellation will be issued due to the nature of digital items.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, you may request a review.

A refund will be issued only if:

  • The duplicate payment is verified
  • The amount successfully reached my account
  • The request is made within 7 days

Refund method will depend on the platform used (PayPal/UPI/etc.) and may take 3–10 business days.

4. Membership / Subscriptions (If applicable in future)

If I offer a membership or monthly support plan:

  • No partial refunds for unused time
  • You may cancel future billing anytime directly through the platform (BuyMeACoffee / PayPal)
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments

5. Payment Issues on Third-Party Platforms

If you experience:

  • A failed transaction
  • Payment deducted but not showing
  • Delay in confirmation

Please contact the payment provider directly:

  • PayPal – paypal.com/help
  • BuyMeACoffee – support@buymeacoffee.com
  • Razorpay – support.razorpay.com
  • UPI App – your bank or app support (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm)

I cannot control or reverse payments processed by third-party gateways.

6. Crypto Payments (Trust Wallet)

Crypto payments (USDT, ETH, BTC, etc.) are:

  • Final
  • Irreversible
  • Non-refundable

Due to blockchain nature, no cancellation is possible once a transaction is sent.
